Kelly and Shane || Nazareth Hall Wedding

Wedding

I loved every part of Kelly and Shane’s wedding day! We started off at Kelly’s parents’ beautiful Toledo home where she and her bridesmaids prepared for the day. A bit later Shane joined us and he and Kelly shared an intimate first look. The gorgeous gardens in the front yard were the perfect backdrop for this special time. After that, we traveled to St Joseph Catholic Church for the wedding mass. Built in 1854, St. Joseph is the premier example of Gothic revival ecclesiastical architecture in northwest Ohio–an awe-inspiring backdrop for a wedding to be sure! We ended our time there with the wedding party and family cheering as the newlyweds made their way down the front steps of the church and into a waiting limousine. Kelly and Shane held an elegant reception at Nazareth Hall, a stately wedding venue in Grand Rapids, OH. Nazareth served as a Catholic all-boys school from 1928-1982. Having since been repurposed, it serves as a one-of-a-kind venue complete with multiple ceremony and reception spaces as well as several bridal suites. Kelly and Shane’s reception took place in the Cadet West Ballroom, a grand space with tall windows and striking white pillars. As toasts, blessings, and special dances progressed into the evening, the new couple were showered with love and joy from their family and friends. Congratulations Kelly and Shane!
