If you’re thinking about a winter engagement session, you need to see Kendall and Jeff’s pictures! Their session took place on the coldest day ever, as in below 25 degrees! This doesn’t mean your session has to be miserable though! We started off their session in a natural light photography studio with warm, cozy, in-home vibes. The studio offers great variety for some more editorial pictures with solid backdrops. You can be creative with indoor locations–keep in mind that some of them will be free and others will require permits/fees. The majority of Kendall and Jeff’s session took place in the studio, so we only spent about 15 minutes outside in the cold, but we were able to get such great pictures even in that small time frame! Kendall and Jeff planned perfect outfits that looked amazing on them and for their pictures, but also provided some warmth. If you’re planning a winter engagement session, my top recommendation is to layer your outfits and choose a jacket or some other type of outer layer that is trendy and flattering, but will still give you some warmth.
